Patrick Gagnon: Hello everyone, I’m Patrick Gagnon. Today I’m honored to have Professor Scott Nuttall for this interview. Thank you for taking time out of your busy schedule to speak with us.

Scott Nuttall: Thank you, Patrick. I’m glad to share our latest developments with you and your audience.

Patrick Gagnon: The Win-Win Plan has started very successfully, and it now seems easy to achieve 10x profits. What’s the secret behind this?

Scott Nuttall: First, we focus on our own strengths. As a top-tier institution, KKR has abundant premier resources that are hard for others to attain. Our research and investment team conducts over 50 company studies each week to identify outstanding firms that can deliver excess returns. At the same time, our trading team is exceptionally strong and capable of precise timing. An excellent research team uncovering valuable targets, paired with a quality trading team ensuring precise timing, allows us to excel from stock selection to timing. This is the foundation of our 10x Win-Win Plan.

Patrick Gagnon: I’m also in your group and highly respect the strength of your trading team. But as far as I know, tier-1 market trading accounts have also played a huge role. Could you share how you leverage the advantages of tier-1 market trading accounts?

Scott Nuttall: Of course. Tier-1 market trading accounts come in many varieties, with institutions focusing on different areas. Some focus on IPOs, others on Block Trades. We concentrate on our own strength: spot trading. Our research team can obtain first-hand information, which ensures we get opportunities to subscribe at low prices—one of our keys to success. As you know, just this past Friday, our spot trading at low-price subscriptions yielded 154% returns, laying at least a 154% profit foundation for our clients’ Friday trading.

Patrick Gagnon: As a witness, I’m very impressed and surprised. But as an investor, I can only use secondary market trading accounts, whereas institutions can use tier-1 market trading accounts. What’s the reason behind that?

Scott Nuttall: Tier-1 market trading accounts are commonly held by institutional investors, and that’s no secret. Institutions open these accounts by submitting substantial margin to the SEC according to their circumstances. Indeed, tier-1 market trading accounts have obvious advantages over secondary market accounts, such as priority execution, low-price subscriptions, and priority allotment of IPO shares. After all, those who submit large margins naturally enjoy more advantages. Some may think it’s unfair, but this is a long-standing phenomenon, and we can only accept it.

Patrick Gagnon: The rate-cut cycle is about to begin, and Friday’s single-day profit already reached 180%. Given this favorable backdrop, how long do you think it will take to achieve the 10x profit goal?

Scott Nuttall: You’re in the group and you know I’m a modest person. The start of rate cuts has a direct positive impact on spot trading profitability, and the returns will be higher than before. But exactly how much higher remains to be seen through actual trading results. We need to complete each trade target and accumulate step by step until we ultimately realize the 10x profit. I want to state my stance here: I, the research team, and the trading team will give 100% effort to help everyone quickly achieve the 10x return goal.

Patrick Gagnon: Thank you, Professor Scott Nuttall! Thank you for participating in this interview amid your busy schedule. I also wish you success with your new fund launch in December in advance!

Scott Nuttall: Thank you, Patrick. With the publicity from you and your media colleagues, our new fund issuance will go even more smoothly.
